Mission Statement:

To provide a collaborative environment for sharing information related to complaints resolution amongst Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst leaders and it's community in an effort to enhance mission accomplishment.

Goals:

- Serve as an extension of Commanders by acting as their eyes and ears to be alert to issues that affect mission accomplishment
- Sustain a credible Air Force IG system by ensuring a responsive complaint resolution program
- Ensure all concerns of all complainants are addressed through objective fact-finding
